These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from Frugal Fits (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Our Products (Print on Demand)

All products sold on our website are print-on-demand and made to order.
This means:

  • Items are produced only after an order is placed

  • We do not hold physical stock

  • Each item is created specifically for you

Because of this, delivery times are longer than standard UK retail orders.

3. Fulfilment & Dropshipping

Orders are fulfilled by our third-party production and fulfilment partner.

  • Products are manufactured and dispatched from China

  • Once dispatched, orders are shipped directly to customers in the UK

  • We remain your point of contact and are responsible for customer service

4. Prices, VAT & Customs

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Prices include UK VAT, unless otherwise stated

  • VAT is charged at the applicable UK rate at checkout

Customs & Import Charges

As orders are dispatched from outside the UK:

  • No additional customs charges are expected for UK customers

  • In the unlikely event that import charges are applied, please contact us immediately before paying

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted once production begins or the item is dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Correct pricing or product description errors

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify’s payment providers.

6. Production & Delivery

Production Time

Print-on-demand production typically takes 4-6 working days.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery to the UK is 9-14 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • Peak periods

  • Events outside our control

Total fulfilment time from placing order to UK delivery (13-20 days).

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Made-to-Order Exception

As items are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size, or preference, unless required by law.

Please ensure you review:

  • Size charts

  • Product descriptions

  • Order details carefully before purchasing

7.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly printed

  • Not as described

You are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

7.3 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval

8. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.

Ownership of goods passes upon full payment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Frugal Fits and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
